“It’s a keytar” ~ Imogen Heap

6 Dec

Thanks to the Weekender, and Imogen Heap’s live performance, I can tick off attendance at a performance by an international artist from the things to do in 2011 list.

“Hide and seek.
Trains and sewing machines.
All those years they were here first.

Oily marks appear on walls
Where pleasure moments hung before.
The takeover, the sweeping insensitivity of this
still life.”
